Staff Mobile Engineer (Fractional)

Led the full rewrite of a production racket-sports app from React Native CLI (0.72) to Expo SDK 54 (RN 0.81), reaching feature parity on App Store and Play Store in under 6 months. Owned mobile architecture and delivery (team of 2): Expo Router, Dev Client/prebuild, config plugins, Redux Toolkit + TanStack Query, MMKV, and Sentry. Designed and implemented the CI/CD migration from Bitrise to Expo EAS Build/Submit across three environments (dev/UAT/prod). Drove post-migration platform quality, cutting crash rate ~89% vs. the legacy app; defined engineering standards and hired/onboarded the co-engineer.
